Keethanow Rooted in the Land
Voices come together to share how Land-based learning helped to restore connection to Cree culture, language, identity, and community. Guided by the wisdom of Knowledge Keepers, Elders and educators, students learn through activities such as hunting, fishing, trapping, and caring for the land. The Land becomes both teacher and classroom, demonstrating that culture, language, and curriculum are deeply interconnected.
